Doctor's Zone

1. Eligibility

The Doctor's Zone is exclusively available to registered medical practitioners holding valid qualifications in Homoeopathy (BHMS, DHMS, or equivalent). Registration requires submission of valid credential documents which will be verified by Powell Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. before account activation.

2. Registration & Credentials

• Applicants must provide their full name, valid email address, phone number, and a recognised medical registration number (e.g. BHMS/DHMS).
• A copy of the medical qualification certificate or registration document must be uploaded at the time of registration.
• Powell reserves the right to reject or revoke access if credentials are found to be invalid or falsified.
• Account activation may take up to 24 working hours after submission.

3. Exclusive Discount

• The 40% discount is applied automatically upon login with a verified doctor account.
• Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional codes or offers unless explicitly stated.
• Powell reserves the right to modify or withdraw the discount at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Minimum Order Value (MOV)

• The ₹2,000 MOV applies to the final discounted cart value, not the MRP total.
• This threshold is calculated after the 40% doctor discount is applied.
• No partial orders or split shipments will be allowed to circumvent the MOV.

5. Ordering & Payment

• Orders may be placed via the online checkout (Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking) or via emailed order summary.
• Pay on Delivery / Credit terms are available subject to approval by Powell's sales team.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of confirmation.
• Delivery timelines vary by location. Powell is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
• Bulk orders above ₹5,000 qualify for free shipping.

7. Cancellation & Returns

• Orders once confirmed and dispatched cannot be cancelled.
• Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Confidentiality

Doctor's Zone pricing is confidential and intended solely for registered practitioners. Sharing of login credentials or pricing information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
